Sound Healing

Sound healing is an ancient and powerful form of vibrational medicine that works to restore harmony within the body, mind, and spirit. By utilizing specific sound frequencies, this therapeutic practice helps to balance your entire being—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. When life’s stresses throw you off balance, you may experience anxiety, fatigue, or even physical ailments. Sound therapy aims to gently guide you back to a state of equilibrium, where you feel centered, calm, and rejuvenated.

Through the conscious application of healing sounds, your body and energy fields can realign naturally. Instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, and drums create vibrations that penetrate deep into your system, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and encouraging cellular repair. The resonance of these sounds helps to clear energetic blockages, allowing the life force to flow freely once more.

Did you know that every cell in your body has tiny antennae that respond to sound frequencies? This means that when you immerse yourself in healing vibrations, your body quite literally "tunes in" and begins to restore itself from within. Sound healing is not just a relaxing experience—it’s a profound journey toward balance and inner peace.

Sound Therapy Treatments will be available from October 2022 in my private treatment room in Childer Thornton:

  • Tuning Fork Therapy
  • Singing Bowl Therapy (Crystal and Himalayan)
  • Reiki drum treatments
  • Gong Therapy
  • Or General Sound Therapy sessions which contain one or more of the above instruments plus the use of crystals, if so required.
